The new apartments Gerharts are located in the immediate vicinity of the historic centre of the bishop's town of Bressanone with its numerous restaurants, boutiques and owner-operated shops. The Forum Brixen culture and congress centre is also just a stone's throw away.
You will find fully equipped kitchens in the modern apartments. If you prefer to be pampered, you can simply go to the ground floor. Pur Südtirol has moved in here, a speciality shop with fine South Tyrolean products, a breakfast bar and a small lunch menu.
Brixen is located at the intersection of three important valleysr and is therefore the ideal starting point for exploring South Tyrol. Due to the proximity of the Gerharts to the train and bus station, the use of public transport is ideal, especially as this is free of charge for guests thanks to the BrixenCard. Also included in the BrixenCard is admission to the South Tyrolean museums as well as the trip to the local mountain Plose, which invites you to outdoor activities in summer and winter. The entry to the Acquarena indoor and - during summer months - outdoor pools, which are within walking distance, is also included.

BrixenCard: All our guests receive a complimentary BrixenCard. Its many advantages include free use of public transport in South Tyrol, one free return ticket for the Plose lifts and free entry to the Acquarena pools and approx. 90 museums in South Tyrol.
Rates are per apartment per day, based on a 2-person occupancy.
A € 20 supplement per night applies for every extra guest.
Rates do not include the tourist tax of € 2.30 pppd, to be paid locally by all guests aged 14 years and over.
These rates apply to stays of at least 4 nights. A 10% supplement applies for shorter stays.
Final cleaning: €30 for the City Studio, €50 for the City Apartment and the City Suite
We offer a 10% discount for bookings of 10 or more days.
Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment of the total price.
Children’s rates
Age 0 to 2: free
Age 3 to 6: €10 per day
Age 7 to 13: €15 per day
High chair and baby cots are available on request.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 weeks prior to arrival. From 8 to 4 weeks prior to arrival we charge €100 per apartment. From 4 weeks to 4 days prior to arrival, and in cases of early departure, we charge 70% of the booking price. Bookings cancelled 3 or fewer days in advance are charged the full price. Our cancellation policy applies regardless of whether the apartment is later booked by other guests for the same period or part thereof.
Pets
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and at a cost of €20/night. We kindly ask you to bring your own pet food and basket.
