The lake is accessible to all thanks to a new pedestrian underpass leading from the parking lot to the platform (with a constant 8% gradient). The underpass's design also incorporates artistic touches, evoking the history and mythology of the Latemar forest and showcasing the unique characteristics of the precious wood extracted from it. At the entrance to the underpass, a space dedicated to mythology has been created, with a xylophone installed at its center, a nod to the use of Latemar wood in the making of musical instruments.

Just before the exit, a light installation projects the colors of the rainbow onto the floor. After exiting the underpass and navigating the final stretch of dirt and gravel, you reach the new platform. From here, surrounded by information panels about the surrounding nature and the legends of the Latemar, you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake. Numerous legends surround this lake, famous above all for its gentle, deep green waters and its splendid mountain backdrop, with the Catinaccio and Latemar mountains in the background.
