LOCAL TOURIST TAX:
Since January 1, 2014, a local tourist tax has been in force in South Tyrol. The revenue is used to expand and maintain infrastructure and services, as well as to organize cultural and sports events. Children under 14 years are exempt. The tax is not included in the total price.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Late check-out is available upon request for a surcharge of €50 per room.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Hotel Bergschlössl accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD and EC cards. Cash payments are possible up to €5,000 per person in accordance with Italian law.
The hotel reserves the right to request full payment upon arrival or to register a valid credit card as a guarantee.

SPRING WATER:
For the use of our in-house spring water, served at our fountains, we charge €2 per person per night.

LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION:
Your stay at Hotel Bergschlössl is binding after written confirmation and, if required, a deposit.
According to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee; deposit converted into a voucher valid for 12 months

• Within 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price

• Within 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price

• Early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed price

PETS:
Dogs and cats are allowed only upon prior agreement and with their own basket and blanket. They are not permitted in certain rooms or in the wellness area “Adagio”.
We charge €25 per day (without food) for additional cleaning.

NON-SMOKING POLICY:
Since 2005, smoking has been prohibited in public buildings, restaurants and bars in Italy.
