Right at the heart of things. A holiday shaped by both tradition and the zeitgeist
At first glance the Jochele is a new hotel in the centre of the village of Pfalzen. But looks can be deceptive! In fact, behind the freshly-painted façade beats the heart of an ancient inn. Old stories, young faces. Genuine South Tyrolean inn culture. Not staged or newly invented, but quite simply a reflection of how we live today. Lifestyle at the regulars’ table. A clash of styles? No - just regular life! Because the Jochele is what it has always been - a place that connects. The old with the new. Tradition with the zeitgeist. South Tyrolean cuisine with iconic drinks. But above all - people with one another. Yes, at the Jochele you will find yourself in the very best company. For last-minute bookers or regulars’ table lovers. For mountain goats, scramblers and winter sports fans. For fans of South Tyrolean inn cuisine and all who simply like to holiday near to the regulars’ table... Welcome to the Jochele!
