The Drei Zinnen cable car (Signaue) is located in the municipality of Sesto, within the Upper Puster Valley Dolomites region. The lift departs from the valley station near the Monte Croce Pass state road and travels up to an altitude of 2,100 meters on the Stiergarten pastures. The gondola offers a scenic ride with beautiful views of the striking peaks of the Sesto Dolomites, serving as a starting point for alpine hikes and activities during both the summer and winter seasons.
Rating: Satisfactory
The main parking lot can only be accessed with assistance due to the gravel surface, steep inclines and distance; however, temporary vehicle drop-off is permitted directly at the valley station to allow passengers with disabilities to get out of the car. The valley station ensures easy entry via a metal ramp with a 4% incline and a 110 cm wide dedicated staff-attended gate. Please note that discounted tickets for guests with disabilities are only available at the staffed ticket counter.
The cabins offer a level entrance and feature fold-up interior benches to comfortably accommodate a person in a wheelchair. A 7% ramp is also present at the mountain station. The surrounding area offers no mountain huts or accessible paths, serving only as a panoramic viewing point. The restrooms at the mountain station are fully equipped, yet their accessibility is heavily compromised by an access ramp with a 16% incline.
Notes: The main parking lot of the facility is situated on higher ground above the valley station and is not independently accessible for wheelchair users. The connecting path leading down to the lift features a gravel surface, steep inclines, and a length that makes navigation very difficult. To overcome this obstacle, drivers are permitted to temporarily drive down the paved service road directly to the drop-off area in front of the gondola station, assist the passenger with a disability out of the vehicle, and then return the car to the upper parking lot.

Notes: The valley station area is accessible via a fixed steel grating ramp with a gentle 4% incline. To reach the gondola boarding area, there is a dedicated entrance for persons with disabilities measuring 110 cm in width; this passageway is attended by the lift staff, who are always available to assist with boarding procedures. Please note that to obtain disabled discounts and reduced fares, you must purchase your tickets directly at the staffed ticket counters, as the automated ticket machine does not issue reduced-rate tickets.

Notes: The gondola cabins are modern, spacious, and offer easy access. The two facing padded interior benches can both be fully folded upward; this feature clears the entire floor surface, creating the ideal and necessary maneuvering space to position a wheelchair or to transport strollers and sports equipment. During boarding and disembarking, the cabin slows down significantly and aligns perfectly with the station platform, minimizing the gap and presenting a nearly level threshold (minimum step of about 1 cm).

Notes: The mountain station (situated at an altitude of 2,100 m) has a ramp with a 7 per cent gradient and a clear width of 92 cm. Once you have alighted, the area offers no restaurant or wheelchair-accessible walking trails; the area is primarily suited to enjoying the sweeping alpine views.
