The Balneum in Vipiteno has a large outdoor parking lot (two spaces reserved for disabled guests), from which a flat, asphalted access path leads directly to the main entrance. From here, people with mobility impairments can reach the cashier area on the mezzanine floor via a lift. Families with strollers can alternatively use an external ramp.

The cashier area is barrier-free and provides convenient access to the spacious changing room area, with a large shared changing room and two smaller changing rooms reserved for families and disabled guests. A corridor, flanked by accessible bathrooms and showers, provides direct access to the indoor pool and then to the outdoor pool.

The facility provides wheelchairs for showering and a device to facilitate access to the pool. The latter is manned by a lifeguard. The access paths to the outdoor pool area are partially uneven and have significant slopes.

The sauna changing room (accessible restroom) is located on the same level as the cashier's area (mezzanine) and is connected to the saunas on the first floor by a modern elevator.

The sauna cabins have 78 cm wide doors and no thresholds. Internal maneuvering space is somewhat limited. In addition to a large terrace with an outdoor sauna and hot tub (steps), there are several accessible relaxation rooms.

The "Iduna" wellness and beauty center, with several treatment rooms and a solarium, is also easily accessible by elevator. In the lobby near the cashier's area is the accessible Balneum Bistro-Bar, also open to those who do not wish to use the pool or sauna.
