The Preglhof at Laives invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday amidst the apple orchards of the wide, flat valley floor of the South Tyrolean Unterland (Bassa Atesina). The accessible holiday flat No. 1 ensures a comfortable stay even for guests with reduced mobility. The nearby regional Laives railway station is also accessible and offers convenient connections to the centre of the provincial capital, Bolzano.
This family-run farm holiday accommodation features a large guest car park with a solid gravel surface, which is connected via a short stone staircase directly to the slightly elevated garden and the access path to the holiday flats. Alternatively, guests with disabilities can also park in the paved courtyard entrance on the left-hand side, in the immediate vicinity of the access ramp located there. The ramp, which is approximately 11.5 metres long and leads up to the garden and the holiday flats, has a steep gradient of 10–18 per cent, meaning that assistance may be required.

The accessible holiday flat No. 1 has a glass-roofed terrace in the entrance area, featuring a wooden table, two benches and two comfortable garden loungers. From the terrace, a threshold-free entrance door (97 cm) leads into the wide corridor, which provides barrier-free access to all rooms in the holiday flat.
The spacious, wheelchair-accessible kitchen features a fully wheelchair-accessible kitchen unit area with hob and sink (worktop top edge 82 cm, bottom edge 69 cm), as well as a large dining table and a sofa bed.
The spacious room has a convenient sliding door, a small wheelchair-accessible desk and a double bed which is accessible from the right-hand side.
The bathroom also offers plenty of space to move around: the toilet is accessible from the side and has two grab rails and a bidet shower hose. The washbasin is fully wheelchair-accessible and fitted with a lowered mirror. The floor-level shower with a glass screen has a seat and a fixed grab rail.
The breakfast and lounge area with barrier-free Toilet is also reachable without steps, as is the sun terrace with its panoramic views (access ramp).

Breakfast is particularly welcoming: for guests with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance, the hostess bakes gluten-free bread herself. Dedicated kitchen appliances and a separate oven ensure meticulous gluten-free preparation. Those who enjoy picking their own produce can visit the herb and vegetable garden by prior arrangement.
The path leading there is level and step-free. The vegetable garden is long and narrow. At the end of the garden path, which is 100 cm wide, there is enough space to turn round in a wheelchair (140 cm x 140 cm).
